Once the order is filed, an operation plan is generated from a template, and every operation carries its planned quantity, its worker and its completed quantity; progress adds up operation by operation instead of by asking around.

The worker enters the count per operation on their own phone, and a fixed station can submit it on the station screen instead; the record lands on that operation of that order as it happens.

What is submitted is quantity and operation, not an amount; no wage or piece-rate figure appears on the phone or the station screen, and settlement happens on the finance Web.
