In system settings, allow “install from unknown sources” (first time only).
Scan & download
Open the official download page and choose the management, reporting or station package you need.
Install the app
Tap the package to install; pick your factory on first launch.
Log in & work
Managers log in with an account; workers just enter their worker code.
No network on the floor — can workers still report?
Yes. Key reports can wait in the phone's offline queue and resend when the network returns; operators should check the visible sync status.
How is our data kept safe?
Access is controlled by factory and role, and accounts and terminals require authorization. Deployment and data-protection scope are defined in the delivery plan.
Will our old Android tablets work?
Management, reporting and station apps have different system requirements. Check the current official download page or ask us to confirm device compatibility before installing.
How do machines get connected?
Supported spraying machine models connect as soon as they power on; for other models, contact us for an access assessment — machines can be connected one at a time.
A worker forgot their code — now what?
Ask your factory administrator to check the worker status and code. Account resets are handled by an authorized administrator.
