Spray dosing controller

Spray line dosing control system · Spray Dosing Controller

Mounted beside the spray machine, it replaces a mix and spray volume set by feel: parameters are chosen from a recipe on the terminal and held there, and every run keeps both the setting and the actual running data, which is then uploaded to the platform for later checking.

Spray volume held to the recipe

The chosen recipe sets spray volume and mix ratio, and the terminal holds that setting through the whole run, so one batch does not drift from start to finish.

Parameters kept as recipes

Common settings live on the terminal as recipes, so a batch change is a selection rather than a re-tune; every edit keeps the time and the person who made it.

Running data recorded locally

Spray duration, volume and machine state are recorded on the terminal itself, keep recording when the network drops, and are sent up once it returns.

Uploaded for later checking

Running data goes up to the platform, where it can be read as a curve per machine and per period and placed on the same timeline as an order.

Whether it can be connected to your spray machine depends on the model, its control method and the wiring on site; that is assessed machine by machine and never assumed.

Terminal hardware is quoted per unit and is not included in any software version; quantity and model are listed when the plan is agreed.

The terminal uploads observed machine data, for viewing and comparison; produced quantity, operation acceptance and piece-rate settlement are never derived from a meter reading, and remain the reported record confirmed by a person.
