Utility energy monitor
Plant utility monitoring system · Utility Energy Monitor
It connects to the meters and circuits you already have and collects electricity and gas readings on a fixed interval. It changes nothing on your machine and only reads beside it; the readings are there to be looked at and compared, and take part in no production decision.

What this one includes, with status
Metered per circuit
Each circuit is metered on its own, so you can see which machine and which section is drawing, instead of one plant-wide total.
Aligned on a clock
Readings are collected at a fixed interval, so they line up by shift, by day and by month, instead of being the one instant somebody happened to walk past the meter.
Abnormal draw is visible
Idling, over-long runs and a draw well above comparable machines all show up on the curve; a person then goes and confirms the cause on site.
Fitted without altering the machine
It sits on the distribution side and changes nothing in the machine's own control logic; take it off and the machine runs exactly as before.
Data chain
- The meters and circuits already installed
- JR-UEM · Utility Energy Monitor
- Readings uploaded per circuit and per time Compatibility check
- Consumption comparison and trend Planned
Whether it can be connected depends on the meter model, the supply conditions and the room in the cabinet; the scope is given after a site assessment, not before.
Terminal hardware is quoted per unit and is not included in any software version; quantity and model are listed when the plan is agreed.
The terminal uploads observed machine data, for viewing and comparison; produced quantity, operation acceptance and piece-rate settlement are never derived from a meter reading, and remain the reported record confirmed by a person.
